Construction
Mahogany planking over oak frames, bronze fastened — a classic mid-century Geerd Hendel design built by Bigelow Brothers of Monument Beach, Massachusetts. Night Heron has been well thought out, carefully constructed, and well maintained by her owners over the years.
Layout & Accommodations
Self-bailing cockpit leads below to a full starboard berth, port galley, and centerline engine room with dual access points. Amidship settees convert to berths with a drop-leaf table. A solid-fuel cabin heater extends seasonal use. The forepeak contains a single berth, head, and anchor storage.
